convenient and comfortable stay

The front desk staff were amazing. i was happy that our room was ready before noon without us even asking! our room fit all 5 of us comfortably, and there was a fridge. the free breakfast was convenient for our mornings! the metro was a block away. It is 1 stop from union station.
There was no microwave. The price you pay for the room should include one.

the team ensured efficient and prompt assistance throughout my stay. i saw staff assisting guests with directions and baggage. they also provided quick responses to requests for extra towels.
